Real copper letters don't have to be expensive and it doesn't have to be difficult and time consuming to order them.
Although we manufacture all our copper letter work on a bespoke, to order basis this doesn't mean we charge you more than anyone else- in fact we are normally cheaper than any other online supplier.
As manufacturers we don't need to buy stock and we don't need to order in from someone else. If you order real copper letters from us we take a sheet of polished copper sheet and simply make your letters direct. This way of supplying copper letters means we can give you a bespoke option without loads of hassle and added expense.
Flat cut copper letters are one part of our service. We can also make shapes, screens, fret cut grilles or any other flat part shape out of real copper- you don't have to be limited to letters alone.
If you want 3D built up copper sign letters we make these to. The pound sign at the top of this page is actually a built up letter. This type of letter is a fabricated product which creates the illusion of depth. By welding a strip of copper around the perimeter outline of a letter shape you can create a hollow letter which looks like it's been made from copper which is 25, 50, 75mm or thicker.

This photograph is a basic example of how we can make copper letters and incorporate them into something else. These signs are small point of sale devices for a premier drinks brand. The lettering and logo design matches the customers corporate identity. To create an interesting look the customer asked us to create a distressed driftwood effect mount onto which the letters were mounted. It's a simple idea but it's an example of the other manufacturing solutions you can get easy access to.
