Made to measure.
Stainless steel stencils aren't held in stock as we work to no set designs or sizes. We prefer to keep the raw material in stock and let you tell us exactly what design and size you want. This way of producing stainless steel stencils does not mean a more expensive price, in fact it costs a supplier more to hold stocks of pre made stencils than it does to manufacture to order.
This stencil is typical of the type of work we carry out. Because we manufacture stencils in every kind of metal sheet the customer on this particular project asked for 3mm aluminium instead of stainless steel. The material is different but the process and end result are the same. Measuring it at over 1m square this type of intricate stencil design is something we can make for you with ease.

As all our stainless steel stencil products are machined using our in-house water jet cutting systems. This amazing cutting technology delivers precise shapes and intricate detail using the power of water.
We thought you might like to see how this stencil was made so we've included a short video of the production process as it happened. Because a water based cutting system is used it means we can cut very thin stainless steel- down to half a millimetre thick. This ability has proven very popular with customers who need stainless steel stencils which they can bend round irregular shaped items as well as tanks and pipe work.
Stencils can be made in any type of metal you like- it doesn't have to be stainless steel.
